Gruppo Peroni Eventi was responsible for planning the promotional event dedicated to presenting Vodafone Business, an important investment plan by Vodafone, and managed all its aspects from the planning to the logistics.
The location chosen for the conference was Palazzo Giureconsulti, at the heart of Milan, with architectonical characteristics that make it one of the most prestigious locations of the city. Once the perfect location was chosen, the agency decided on the rooms that would host the event, choosing an elegant and modern decoration that fit perfectly into the design of the campaign, and that guided the guests in their experience of this important launch.
An organizational strategy that combines elegance und functionality, in order to render the guests’ access to the various appointments a flowing and pleasant experience. Essentiality and efficiency in the furniture chosen for the majestic rooms of the palazzo, starting from the welcome desk in the atrium of the salone that also offered small angles that served as meeting point for the guests.
The press conference was held in the sala “Colonne”, a conference room that contains the original architectonical fascination, and was led by a varied panel of speakers.
After the press conference, the event was concluded in the portico where a demo area was organized together with an elegant lunch. The guests had the opportunity to interact and get to know better some of the solutions proposed by Vodafone Business, and get first-hand insight into the project, accompanied by food and drinks accurately chosen to make this event even more exclusive.

- Vodafone Automotive: solution driving Academy
